follow these below given steps to trace any ip address on the globe:
1) click start
2) clict run
3) type cmd
4) at the command prompt type(without quotes)
“tracert <websitename> ”
for example: tracert www.google.com n press enter
then see where it says www.google.com
at the last line of print? the ip address is next to that (check the screen shot below)
write the number down and go to www.ip-adress.com
& give the ip address and search for the ip,, then u can get the location of that ip in the ‘Big ip satellite picture’ map

Thats because you are using a proxy server dude.Try it when you are not behind
a authenticated proxy server

You can not track the ip adress from im because that is masked by
Yahoo or gtalk or the im service server’s ip address.
You can use this site to track an ip address.

You can get a link that is unique for you, and whenever some one clicks that link his/her ip and computer details will be mailed to you. Each link will work only once, so you dont have to worry about spamming.
